Grazie per la tua recensione. Siamo profondamente dispiaciuti per i gravi problemi riscontrati con il divano letto, la pulizia e l'assistenza ricevuta dalla reception. Quanto accaduto è del tutto inaccettabile e ben lontano dai nostri standard. Stiamo già verificando l'accaduto con il nostro staff per correggere queste mancanze e rinnovare i servizi offerti.
